Buchlyvie Community Hub
The Buchlyvie Community Hub is restarting on Thursday 12 September in the Buchlyvie Village Hall from 12.30-2pm. Soup and bread along with tea and coffee and sweet treat. We look forward to welcoming everyone back.
Fair Trade Event - 12 Sept
One of the farmers growing Kilombero rice will be guest speaker at a fundraising Fair Trade meal at Forth Valley College Stirling on Thursday 12th September. Full details are available here .
Eco book group
Not the End of the World by Hannah Ritchie will be discussed weekly on Tuesdays at
7pm in the Black Bull, Gartmore, from 17 September to 29 October, excluding October 8 th .Everyone is welcome.
Carse Churches' Walk
The next Walk will take place on Friday 20th September meeting at 10.00 a.m. in the “But and Ben” Café Car Park in Croftamie. The Group will trace the John Muir Way eastwards across the Endrick Water towards the Gartness Bridge. The route has an even surface and is relatively flat till meeting the minor Gartness Road where soft inclines are encountered.
The Group will meet up in the ”But and Ben” café for coffee/tea etc. after the walk.
All welcome to this and every Carse Churches’ Walk. It is not necessary to be a member of any of the churches.
